The innkeeper at The Newport Bed & Breakfast Tea House offers five unique rooms and a common complementary kitchen for your comfort and relaxation. Each comes with a full country breakfast. If you have questions or would like to make a reservation request please use our reservation/information request form.

Smoking outdoors only (plenty of sitting areas on our front porch or veranda)

We welcome small to medium well behaved pets (non-yappy)
Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is 11 am.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of one night's deposit or half of the entire stay, whichever is greater. Reservations made within one week of planned stay may be confirmed by using Visa and MC must be approved as a no- show guarantee.

A refund of your deposit, at the exception for all our special packages, will be made if a cancellation notice is received at least 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you do not cancel, and do not arrive on the scheduled date, you will forfeit your deposit. A cancellation within 2 days of your arrival will be refunded.
